Refuses to go on evenly no matter what tool you use. So disappointing since it’s the base for all of the other eyeshadows I purchased.
money not well spent
This is a great product for keeping shadow on, however it needs to be in a pot with a tight screw cap! The way it is in a pan, it goes dry and is hard to use!
disappointing especially for the price! the texture is quite dry and patchy. wish i was able to return.
