Surratt brushes are handmade in Japan and contain natural goat, Blue Squirrel, or sable hair. Please note that no animals are harmed in the process of making our brushes.

Magnets are made from non-renewable resources that are not biodegradable. When designing our products, our goal is to provide sustainable packaging that lowers our environmental impact. Not only does using stickers avoid using a non-renewable resource, but it also reduces the package weight, lowering environmental impact while shipping.

Surratt does not, and will never, test on animals. We also do not work with any manufacturers that do animal testing.

Yes, orders can be cancelled until they reach the last phase of processing. Once an order has reached the last phase of processing, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to cancel your order.
