To apply: Use a fingertip to tap on then smooth out the bouncy shadow. Allow the formula to dry before tapping on additional layers.
For best results: To prevent the bouncy formula from drying out, be sure to store at room temperature, avoiding excess heat, and with the lid tightly closed.

Ciel Dore is perfection except for the fact that, even stored properly, the quality fades after a few months. It is still moist but no longer has pigment. I loved it enough to buy a new one for summer, but just one.
